Group travel

Valid for one year

Changeable return date

It is our goal to find the least expensive fare and the easiest itinerary, keeping the above rules in mind.  We negotiate with the airlines all year long for air fares that will allow a stay of up to one year.  These fares are great values and usually allow you to travel to your host country with other students.  We try to coordinate the travel of as many students as possible, not only for greater cost savings, but also for the sake of the students, who may be on their first trip.  ItŐs more fun to travel with others and usually cheaper too.

Connection Times

You may have a long connection time of 3 to 5 hours in your flight itinerary.  Why?  In the past, many students missed their international group flight due to short connection times, weather, mechanical problems, traffic flow delays, etc.  We usually try to allow for a backup flight and extra connection time for theses reasons.

Return Information

After your departure, your return information will be emailed to you and your parents sometime in December or January.  We automatically book a return date for you that is approximately 11 months from your departure date.  Return date changes should be finalized by the end of February.
